Bieter, die nicht registriert sind, können keine Nachrichten erhalten. Die Abgabe eines Angebots ohne sich registrieren zu lassen ist zwar möglich, aber lässt seitens der Vergabestelle technisch keine Kommunikation über den Vergabemarktplatz NRW zu. Die Kosten/der Aufwand des Bieters für die Erstellung und Einreichung des Angebotes werden/wird vom Auftraggeber nicht erstattet. Insoweit Auskünfte erforderlich werden, sind Fragen, die nicht die Registrierung auf dem Vergabemarktplatz NRW betreffen, ausschließlich in elektronischer Form über die Kommunikationsfunktion des entsprechenden Projektraums des Vergabemarktplatzes NRW an den Auftraggeber zu richten.
