Description: Afin de promouvoir l'économie circulaire et répondre aux objectifs de la loi AGEC (loi n° 2020-105 du 10 février 2020 relative à la lutte contre le gaspillage et à l'économie circulaire), Mauges Communauté va lancer plusieurs consultations pour renouveler ou augmenter son parc automobile. Pour disposer d'une capacité de location ou d'achat performante tout au long de l'année, l'agglomération a décidé d'utiliser la technique d'achat des "systèmes d'acquisition dynamique" (SAD). Les évolutions règlementaires, notamment environnementales, seront prises en compte dans les marchés spécifiques. Le présent système d'acquisition porte sur la location et l'achat de véhicules neufs ou d'occasion. Il permettra de solliciter auprès des entreprises agréées une offre pour la location ou l'achat de véhicules neufs ou d'occasions. Ces consultations déboucheront sur ce que la règlementation appelle des " marchés spécifiques ".
