DescriptionÅmot municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within nature management, forestry management and agricultural issues. The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for professional assistance in connection with planning, case handling, reports and development work within the sector for social development. Tenderers shall use their expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the aim of the contract.

Main features of the procedureThe framework agreement shall ensure Åmot municipality access to the necessary competence and capacity for safeguarding the municipality ́s assignments within planning, agriculture, nature management, environment, climate and social development. The contract shall contribute to the municipality being able to handle ongoing assignments, projects and development work in a professionally responsible and efficient manner. The procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy services within nature management, forestry and outdoor management and agricultural issues. The assistance can include consultancy, professional assessments, field work, participation in processes and the preparation of documentation, including assistance with application work. The framework agreement can include professional assistance within nature management and natural restoration, including field work, agricultural innovation work and assistance with the preparation of applications. The framework agreement can include professional assistance within nature management within planning work. The framework agreement can include assistance within municipal operations with the preparation of care plans for urban settlement close to forests and parks with a view to biological diversity and natural restoration, as well as assistance with the preparation of applications. The need for assistance can occur across entities in the Sector for Community Development. The assignments under the framework agreement can vary in scope and content, and the municipality can order assistance as needed within the framework agreement ́s purposes. The estimated value of the framework agreement is VAT. NOK 4,300,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 5,500,000 excluding VAT.
