Title: HUS 443-2025 Siivousvälineet ja -tarvikkeet
Description: HUS-yhtymä pyytää tarjouksia siivousvälineistä ja tarvikkeista. Hankintaan sisältyvät mm. seuraavat tuoteryhmät/tuotteet: Siivouspyyhkeet; mopit; siivousvaunut; siivouslaikat; sienet, hankaimet ja harjat; välinekiskot ja pitimet. Tuotteet on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Tarjouslomake. Hankinta on jaettu osiin, siten että päätös tehdään tuotekoreittain. Tullakseen vertailluksi, tulee tarjous jättää kaikista tuotekorin tuotteista. Tarjouksen voi jättää yhteen tai useampaan tuotekoriin. Hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyvät myös tarjottuihin tuotteisiin liittyvät lisätuotteet kuten lisäkoot ja -tarvikkeet, joita on mahdollista tarjota Liite 1 Tarjouslomakkeen lisätarjouslomakkeella. Sopimuskaudella voidaan lisäksi hankkia hankinnan ennakoidun arvon mukaisesti sopimuksen kohteena oleviin tuoteryhmiin kuuluvia tuotteita, joita ei ole yksilöity tuoteliitteessä (ks. sopimusluonnos). Sopimuskausi on kestoltaan 2 vuotta, jonka jälkeen se jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hinnat ovat kiinteät varsinaisen sopimuskauden ajan (2 vuotta). Kyseessä on useamman hankintayksikön yhteishankinta, joka toteutetaan hankintarenkaana. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä tuotteita tulevat käyttämään: HUS-yhtymä (HUS), Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue, Helsingin kaupunki sekä Hyvinkään Ravitsemuspalvelut Oy. Ks. tarkemmat tiedot tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 Sopimusluonnos. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo (alv 0 %) on yhteensä noin 1,8 miljoonaa euroa, laskettuna neljälle vuodelle. Kyse on arviosta, eikä hankintayksikkö sitoudu ilmoitettuihin euromääriin ja tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettuihin, toteutuneisiin kulutusmääriin. Lopulliset tilausmäärät voivat olla ilmoitettua suurempia tai pienempiä. Hankintapäätöksen jälkeen tarjottuja tuotteita ei lähtökohtaisesti voi vaihtaa toisiksi. Julkisen hankintamenettelyn lähtökohtana on tarjouksen lopullisuus (hankintalaki 74 § ja oikeuskäytäntö). Lisäksi hankintalain 136 § määrää, ettei sopimuksia saa olennaisesti muuttaa (tuotteiden vaihtaminen toisiksi katsottaisiin olennaiseksi muutokseksi). Mikäli tarjoaja tarvitsee dokumentit muulla kielellä, tarjoaja vastaa itse käännättämisestä ja sen kustannuksista. Tarjoukset on laadittava muilta osin suomen kielellä, paitsi tuotteisiin sekä niiden valmistukseen ja jakeluun liittyvät kuvaukset, tuote-esitteet, sertifikaatit, todistukset ja vastaavat hyväksytään myös englanninkielisinä. RINNAKKAISET TARJOUKSET Rinnakkaiset tarjoukset ovat sallittuja. Mikäli tarjoaja antaa rinnakkaisen tarjouksen, niin tarjoajan tulee tehdä rinnakkainen tarjous siten, että se täyttää tarjouspyynnön kaikki vaatimukset ja tarjouksen mukana vaaditut liitteet. Rinnakkainen tarjous on aina erillinen oma tarjouksensa. Rinnakkaisia tarjouksia saa antaa enintään yhden (1) kappaleen.
