Title: FOURNITURE ET LIVRAISON D'EQUIPEMENTS ET DE MOBILIERS DE SALON DE COIFFURE ET D'ESTHETIQUE
Description: Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture, la livraison, l’installation et la mise en service d’équipements et de mobiliers pour salon de coiffure et esthétique pour les besoins des Centres de Formation d’Apprentis Régionaux (CFAR) de la CMAR PACA. Le présent accord-cadre est passé selon la procédure formalisée. Il s'agit d'un appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 et R. 2124-1 et R. 2124-2, et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations donnent lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire qui s'exécute par bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum en valeur financière par lot. Les bons de commande peuvent être émis jusqu’au terme de la validité de l’accord-cadre. Les quantités prévisionnelles d’achat sont mentionnées par équipement dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) de chaque lot, à titre purement indicatif et ne constituent pas un engagement contractuel de commandes de la CMAR PACA. Les prestations de l’accord-cadre sont divisées en trois (3) lots à attribution séparée définis comme suit : Lot 1 Équipements salon de coiffure Lot 2 Équipement Esthétique Lot 3 Mobiliers salon de coiffure Les prestations attendues sont décrites dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Le présent accord cadre est passé pour une durée d'un an à compter de sa notification. Il prend donc effet à compter de cette date. Il est reconductible trois fois pour une durée d'un (1)an.
