Obiectul contractului de achizitiei publica consta în întocmirea proiectelor tehnice (proiect tehnic pentru autorizarea/desființarea executării lucrărilor – P.A.C./P.A.D., proiect tehnic de execuție, obținerea tuturor acordurilor și avizelor necesare, detalii de execuție, caiete de sarcini pe specialități), verificarea prin verificatori atestați, asigurarea asistenței tehnice din partea proiectantului și execuția lucrărilor.
Raspunsul autoritatii contractante la solicitarile de clarificari va fi transmis in a 10-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor in masura in care aceste solicitari vor fi adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I din fisa de date, respectiv 23 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
