Description: Pentru o perioadă de garanție suplimentară maximă de 2 ani peste garanția minimă de 3 ani se acordă Punctaj maxim. Pentru celelalte durate acordate se calculează G(n) proporțional astfel: G(n) = (Garanție suplimentară acordată/Garanția suplimentara maximă) X punctaj maxim alocat. Pentru perioade de garanție suplimentare mai mari de 2 ani peste garantia minima de 3 ani, nu se acordă punctaj suplimentar. Pentru o perioada de garantie minima de 3 ani nu se acorda punctaj, ofertele fiind considerate conforme. Garanția acordată lucrărilor va fi specificată in mod clar de fiecare ofertant in Formularul 8 – Formularul de ofertă. Se va mentiona garantia suplimentara acordata lucrarilor, respectiv garantia totala ( garantia suplimentara acordata+garantia minima obligatorie de 3 ani). Garanția lucrărilor se va exprima în ani de la data semnării Procesului Verbal de Recepție la Terminarea Lucrărilor.
