Description: Furnizarea de U3O8 (Concentrat tehnic de uraniu natural), cu un continut de uraniu de minim 65%, in baza unui acord cadru cu o durata de 48 de luni. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limita stabilit.

Frecvenţa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: se estimeaza atribuirea a 4 contracte subsecvente pe perioada acordului-cadru (cate un contract subsecvent la fiecare 12 luni). Estimări ale cantităţilor minime şi maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru: min. 600 tone U în U3O8 (600.000 kg U în U3O8), max. 1.500 tone U în U3O8 (1.500.000 kg U în U3O8). Estimări ale cantităţilor minime şi maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru: min. 200 tone U în U3O8 (200.000 kg U în U3O8), max. 600 tone U în U3O8 (600.000 kg U în U3O8). Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru: 72.000.000 USD, fara TVA.

Description: Valoarea maxima a continutului procentual de uraniu in concentrat pentru care se va acorda punctajul maxim este de 84%. Pentru ofertele cu valori ale F2 mai mari de 84%, nu se va acorda punctaj suplimentar, respectiv, pentru acordarea punctajului se va lua in calcul valoarea de 84%. Ofertele cu un continut procentual de uraniu in concentrat (Cmax) egal sau mai mare de 84% primesc punctajul maxim, respectiv 20 puncte. Pentru celelalte oferte cu continutul procentual de uraniu in concentrat (Cn), punctajul va fi calculat dupa urmatoarea formula: (Cn / 84) x 20 puncte. Ofertele cu valori ale F2 mai mici decat valoare minim impusa (65%) vor fi declarate neconforme. Ofertele cu valori ale F2 egale cu 65% vor primi 0 puncte.
