Description: achizitionarea medicamentelor Natalizumab, siponimod, interferon beta 1b, alemtuzumabum in vederea asigurarii tratamentului pacientilor diagnosticati cu scleroza multipla si tinand cont ca a fost introduse in PNS, subprogramul de tratament al sclerozei multiple produsul ; conform cerintelor din caietele de sarcini atasate Termenul de solicitare clarificari: in a 18 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor iar termenul de raspuns la solicitarile de clarificari ale operatorilor economici :in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor Pe perioada derularii acordului cadru, preturile se ajusteaza in functie de preturile de decontare din Normele Tehnice in vigoare pentru Programele Nationale de Sanatate, conform formulei de mai jos: P nou=P vechi(adjudecat in urma licitatiei)xP nou din norme/P vechi din norme(momentul deschiderii ofertelor), unde: P= pret. Se accepta actualizarea pretului in functie de modificarile facute prin acte administrative emise de MS (ordine de pret). Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul sa nu incheie contracte subsecvente pentru unul sau mai multe produse, in cazul in care acestea nu vor fi necesare sau resursele financiare nu o vor permite.
