Section 1.4.4 of the Admission Guidelines (review clause) states that the scope and content of the assignment may be changed if a new category is added to the DPS, and section 1.4.2 provides that, in the event of such a significant change, SURF will post a rectification on TenderNed. The addition of the categories Digital Signing and Remote Control & Desktop Software constitutes a logical expansion of the existing scope: both categories concern software solutions that fit well within the overarching term 'online collaboration tools' and serve the same participants and purpose as the existing categories.
