Α.Ε.», έως του ποσού των πενήντα χιλιάδων ευρώ (50.000,00 €) για κάθε έτος ασφάλισης που αφορά σε τυχόν πρόσθετες ασφαλιστικές καλύψεις και ασφάλιση νέων οχημάτων. Τα δικαιώματα προαίρεσης ενεργοποιούνται εφάπαξ ή τμηματικά, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε., κατόπιν μονομερούς δήλωσής της, που κοινοποιείται στον ανάδοχο σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα πριν προκύψει η σχετική αναγκαιότητα, κατόπιν αιτήματος της αρμόδιας οργανωτικής μονάδας και εισήγησης του/των Διαχειριστή/ών της Σύμβασης καθώς και της έγκρισης από το αποφαινόμενο όργανο. Η Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. διατηρεί δικαίωμα χρονικής παράτασης κατά ένα επιπλέον (01) έτος, με οικονομικό αντικείμενο για το Τμήμα 1: «ΠΑΡΟΧΗ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ ΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΗΣ ΤΩΝ ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΤΩΝ ΟΧΗΜΑΤΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΜΗΧΑΝΗΜΑΤΩΝ ΤΗΣ Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π.
