Additional information: Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de définir les termes régissant les marchés conclus sur son fondement, dits « marchés subséquents », pour la réalisation de prestations de fourniture et d'acheminement d'énergie électrique et services associés alimentant les points de livraison de la Région Grand Est et de Cfa publics, Greta publics, Cfppa publics et Creps dans le cadre d'un groupement de commande. La Région Grand Est est coordonnateur du groupement de commandes. Chaque membre du groupement paie ses factures en direct. Le Titulaire assure la gestion avec chaque membre du groupement. L'accord-cadre sera conclu sans minimum avec un maximum en quantité sur la durée totale du marché public à conclure. La quantité maximale par lot sur la durée de fourniture est de : - 206 Gwh pour le lot 1 - 76 Gwh pour le lot 2 - 32 Gwh pour le lot 3 La durée de validité du présent accord-cadre court à compter de sa notification aux titulaires jusqu'au 31 décembre 2029
