Description: "El departamento proponente del contrato considera necesaria la tramitación y formalización del correspondiente expediente, de conformidad con la LCSP, por la próxima finalización del contrato en curso y con mismo objeto. A estos efectos, este contrato permitirá disponer de un número adecuado de materiales con los que afrontar las necesidades previstas en el cuadro ""Objeto del contrato"". ALGESA pretende realizar la selección de los proveedores necesarios para el suministro de vestuario para los diferentes servicios de ALGESA. Este material se reparte de forma gratuita por ALGESA a los empleados/as. Por cuanto antecede, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 28 de la LCSP, se hace constar la idoneidad y contenido del contrato proyectado para satisfacer las necesidades descritas, siendo pertinente, por tanto, la tramitación del correspondiente expediente de contratación."
