Additional information: En application des articles L.2113-6 à L.2113-7 du Code de la commande publique, la consultation est passée dans le cadre du « Groupement de commandes permanent pour les besoins récurrents ». BREST METROPOLE est coordonnateur de ce groupement de commandes. En application de l'article L. 2112-2 du code de la commande publique, l'accord-cadre qui sera conclu à l'issue de la présente consultation contiendra des conditions d'exécution ayant pour objet la protection de l'environnement. Depuis le 1er octobre 2018, les procédures de passation des marchés publics sont intégralement dématérialisées, la réponse à la présente consultation devra donc se faire de manière électronique par le biais de la salle des marchés Mégalis. Si groupement d'entreprise : L'accord-cadre pourra être attribué à une seule entreprise ou à un groupement d'entreprises. Si l'accord-cadre est attribué à un groupement conjoint, le mandataire conjoint sera solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement. Les candidats ont la possibilité de présenter pour l'accord-cadre plusieurs offres en agissant à la fois en qualité de candidats individuels et de membres d'un ou plusieurs groupements.
