Uppdraget ska utföras av en fast dedikerad tekniker och inkluderar drift, tillsyn samt mindre avhjälpande underhåll inom ramen för den fasta ersättningen. Avhjälpande underhåll ingår inte i den fasta ersättningen utan utförs efter beställning och ersätts enligt avtalets rörliga priser.
