Sopimus on voimassa ensin määräaikaisena, alustavan arvion mukaan, 11.8.2026 - 11.8.2030, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Sopimus tulee voimaan molempien sopijapuolien allekirjoituksesta. Sopimus allekirjoitetaan arviolta keväällä 2026. Arvio ei sido Kelaa.
