Information about review deadlines: Κάθε ενδιαφερόμενος, ο οποίος έχει ή είχε συμφέρον να του ανατεθεί η συγκεκριμένη δημόσια σύμβαση και έχει υποστεί ή ενδέχεται να υποστεί ζημία από εκτελεστή πράξη ή παράλειψη της αναθέτουσας αρχής κατά παράβαση της ενωσιακής ή εσωτερικής νομοθεσίας στον τομέα των δημοσίων συμβάσεων, έχει δικαίωμα να προσφύγει στην Ενιαία Αρχή Δημοσίων Συμβάσεων (Ε.Α.ΔΗ.ΣΥ.), σύμφωνα με τα ειδικότερα οριζόμενα στα άρθρα 346 επ. ν. 4412/2016 και 1 επ. του π.δ. 39/2017, στρεφόμενος με προδικαστική προσφυγή, κατά πράξης ή παράλειψης της αναθέτουσας αρχής, προσδιορίζοντας ειδικώς τις νομικές και πραγματικές αιτιάσεις που δικαιολογούν το αίτημά του .
