DescriptionLe présent marché a pour objet la sélection par l’entité adjudicatrice, d’un bureau d’études ou de contrôle chargé d’assurer des prestations techniques dans le cadre d’une demande émanant du Ministère de l’Economie – Direction Energie – à l’origine du lancement de la présente procédure. Ces prestations techniques consistent en :  D’une part, la réalisation d’audits réglementaires relatifs à la prime de chaleur (Lot 1) ;  D’autre part, des prestations de support technique et d’expertise (Lot 2). Le marché comprend également une option portant sur la réalisation éventuelle d’audits liés à la prime de lisier
