Description of the options: We hebben een aantal onzekerheden geïdentificeerd in §2.6.1. Bij deze onzekerheden hebben we uitgangspunten geformuleerd op basis waarvan we het plafondbedrag hebben vastgesteld. Het kan zich voordoen dat één of meerdere van deze onzekerheden slechter uitpakken dan de uitgangspunten, waardoor mogelijk het plafondbedrag ontoereikend is. In dat geval heeft de Opdrachtgever een optie, zoals bedoeld in Aw2012 art 2.163 lid c, om het plafondbedrag met 25% te verhogen, i.e. naar €12.070.000.
