Additional information: Pour les lots 1 et 13 : Les prestations feront l’objet d’un marché ordinaire. Les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix unitaires. Chaque marché sera conclu avec un seul opérateur économique. Pour les lots 2 à 12 : Les prestations feront l’objet d’un accord-cadre fractionné à bons de commande avec minimum et maximum en application des articles R. 2162-2 et suivants, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque accord-cadre sera conclu avec un seul opérateur économique. insertion sociale: Pour promouvoir l'emploi et combattre l'exclusion, le Syndicat Mixte du Littoral Landais, souhaite avec l’appui du Conseil départemental des Landes, faire appel à ses partenaires privilégiés que sont les entreprises qui répondent à ses appels publics à la concurrence. L'entreprise choisie, quelle qu'elle soit, est invitée, pour l'exécution du marché, à proposer une action d'insertion qui permette l'accès ou le retour à l'emploi de personnes rencontrant des difficultés sociales ou professionnelles particulières. Une offre qui ne satisferait pas à cette condition sera irrégulière pour non-conformité au cahier des charges. Par ailleurs, la(e) facilitatrice(eur) de la clause sociale se tient à la disposition des entreprises pour les informer des modalités de mise en œuvre de la clause sociale.
