Title: Zukunftsfähige Sanierung der Grundschule Karlshausen, 54673 Karlshausen
Description: Für die Realisierung der Sanierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule Karlshausen wird ein Tragwerksplaner für Gebäude und Freianlagen über die Leistungsphasen 1-6 gesucht. Die Verbandsgemeinde Südeifel plant die Sanierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule Karlshausen (siehe Anlage 01+02). In einer Machbarkeitsstudie wurde festgelegt, das Bestandsgebäude aus dem Jahr 1963 energetisch zu sanieren. Zusätzlich wird das Gebäude durch einen Anbau für die Mittagsverpflegung und Räume der Verwaltung erweitert. Die Fläche des Anbaus beträgt ca.165 m² Bruttogrundfläche. Die Haupterschließung des Gesamtkomplexes erfolgt durch den bestehenden Eingang mit angeschlossener großer Eingangshalle. Der Anbau soll in klassischer Holzrahmenbauweise ausgeführt werden. Des Weiteren ist ein Container als Gerätelager erforderlich, der in die neue Freiraumgestaltung mit eingeplant werden soll. Durch die Umstrukturierung des Schulhofes soll die Bodenversiegelung reduziert, der sommerliche Wärmeschutz in den Pausen gewährleistet werden, eine Kiss-and-go-Zone eingerichtet, der Personalparkplatz erneuert und ein barrierefreier Parkplatz ergänzt werden.
