Information about review deadlines: In afwijking van artikel 18.6 ARN2016 gaat na bekendmaking van het gunningsbesluit een bezwaartermijn van zeven (7) kalenderdagen lopen. Afgewezen Deelnemers dienen binnen zeven (7) kalenderdagen na dagtekening van de gunningsbeslissing, hun eventuele bezwaar schriftelijk en gemotiveerd aan Aanbesteder te melden. Aanbesteder informeert de desbetreffende Deelnemer of zij bij haar gunningsbesluit blijft (zienswijze). Na bekendmaking zienswijze gaat nog een termijn van twintig (20) kalenderdagen lopen om desgewenst een kort geding bij de burgerlijk rechter (rechtbank Den Haag) aanhangig te maken overeenkomstig het bepaalde in artikel 18.10 van het ARN2016. Indien er geen bezwaar wordt ingediend - zoals hierboven beschreven - geldt een termijn van twintig (20) kalenderdagen ná bekendmaking gunningsbesluit om desgewenst een kort geding bij de burgerlijk rechter aanhangig te maken.
