Title: Ersatzbeschaffung Vermessungssoftware für die BSH-Schiffe
Description: Das BSH ist nach dem Seeaufgabengesetz (SeeAufgG) im Rahmen des Seevermessungsdienstes zur Durchführung von Seevermessungen und Wrackuntersuchungen in der deutschen Ost- und Nordsee gesetzlich verpflichtet. Die Seevermessung ist eine Kernaufgabe des BSH und liefert durch den Einsatz schiffsgestützter hydroakustischer Verfahren Informationen über die Meeresbo-dentopographie und darauf befindlicher Unterwasserhindernisse. Die erhobenen Geobasisdaten bilden die Grundlage für die Herstellung amtlicher Seekarten, Verkehrssicherungsmaßnahmen, meereskundlicher Untersuchungen und Küstenschutz. Zur Erfüllung dieser Aufgaben werden im BSH 5 Vermessungsschiffe und 12 Vermessungsboote eingesetzt. Die Fahrzeuge sind zu diesem Zweck mit präzisen Positionierungssystemen, Vermessungsecholoten, Sonaren und anderen Spe-zialgeräten ausgerüstet. Die Vermessungsdaten werden auf den Vermessungsschiffen und -booten erhoben, gespeichert und ausgewertet. Für die Datenerfassung und -verarbeitung wird eine im BSH entwickelte Vermes-sungssoftware (VMS) eingesetzt. Die im BSH bisher eingesetzte VMS soll im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung ersetzt werden.
