Description of selection criterion: De Aanbestedende Overheid zal de jaarrekeningen van de inschrijvers in detail analyseren met behulp van Companyweb. De inschrijver voegt hiertoe de afgesloten en neergelegde jaarrekeningen van de recentste 3 boekjaren toe aan zijn dossier. In toepassing van artikel 73§4 wet overheidsopdrachten dient de Belgische inschrijver de jaarrekening niet bij zijn dossier te voegen. De aanbestedende overheid zal deze informatie zelf opvragen. Minimumeisen: De inschrijver dient aan volgende criteria te beantwoorden: • OMZET vs. WAARDE OPDRACHT: De inschrijver dient minimaal een omzet te hebben van gemiddeld € 150.000 over de afgelopen 3 jaar. • RENTABILITEIT: Het rendement van het totaal vermogen dient in de laatst neergelegde jaarrekening van het recentste afgesloten boekjaar positief te zijn. Indien negatief, dient dit rendement gemiddeld positief te zijn over de drie laatst neergelegde jaarrekeningen van de recentste 3 boekjaren. Indien negatief, dient de inschrijver in de laatst neergelegde jaarrekening van het recentste afgesloten boekjaar te beschikken over een eigen vermogen dat groter is dan de helft van het kapitaal van de onderneming; • CASH FLOW: De EBITDA dient hetzij in de laatst neergelegde jaarrekening van het recentste afgesloten boekjaar positief, hetzij over de drie laatst neergelegde jaarrekeningen van de recentste 3 boekjaren gemiddeld positief te zijn. • SOLVABILITEIT: De verhouding tussen het eigen vermogen en het totaal vermogen dient in de laatst neergelegde jaarrekening van het recentste afgesloten boekjaar positief te zijn. • LIQUIDITEIT: Liquiditeit in ruime zin > 1 in de laatst neergelegde jaarrekening van het recentste afgesloten boekjaar, hetzij over de drie laatst neergelegde jaarrekeningen van de recentste 3 boekjaren gemiddeld. Enkel inschrijvers met voldoende financiële en economische draagkracht, die voldoen aan deze 5 criteria, zullen geselecteerd kunnen worden.

Gelijkaardig houdt in gammamonitoren van een gelijkaardig bedrag geschikt voor het meten van gammastraling van voertuigen. Een referentie kan/mag meerdere/alle drie onderdelen bevatten.

Description of selection criterion: Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016. Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing.
