Description: Les transports publics de la région lausannoise sa (tl) exploitent une flotte de véhicules de diverses typologies, parcourant annuellement près de 15 millions de kilomètres. Cette flotte, déployée sur la grande couronne de la région lausannoise, est composée de 288 véhicules dont 271 véhicules lourds et 17 minibus. De plus, un agrandissement de la flotte est prévu à l’horizon 2031, portant le total des véhicules à 312. Les tl fonctionnent selon le principe de saisonnalité des pneus, soit un changement (selon la météo) entre septembre et novembre pour la saison d’hiver, puis un deuxième d’avril à mi-mai pour la saison estivale (pneu d’hiver en mi-vie avant un prochain rechapage, profil entre 4 et 8 mm de profondeur). Il s’agit d’un marché de fournitures. Cet appel d’offres porte sur l’acquisition de pneus neufs et de pneus rechapés pour les véhicules de l’adjudicateur, selon un contrat-cadre d’une durée de 4 ans, renouvelable pour une cinquième année. Il se compose de deux lots : * Lot 1 : Acquisition de pneumatiques pour les bus lourds ; * Lot 2 : Acquisition de pneumatiques pour les bus légers (minibus). Il est prévu de débuter l’exécution du contrat cadre au 01.01.2027, sous réserve de l’obtention des crédits ou des autorisations idoines
