Justification for the accelerated procedure: Hankija lühendab käesolevas riigihankes pakkumuste esitamise tähtaega 15 (viieteistkümne) kalendripäevani tulenevalt RHS § 93 lg 2 p 2 sätestatust. Tegu on kordushanke läbiviimisega, ning pakkujatele on eelnevalt antud mõistlik aeg riigihanke alusdokumentidega tutvumiseks. Hankija ei ole riigihanke alusdokumentidesse viinud sisse olulisel määral muudatusi võrreldes esimese riigihankega. Esimese riigihanke nurjumise tõttu ei ole hankija jõudnud lepingusse planeeritud ajaks ning uue lepingu sõlmimise vajadus on muutunud hankija jaoks aegkriitiliseks.
