Chaque lot prend la forme d’un accord cadre de service à prix mixtes. En application de l’article R.2162-9, chaque accord cadre sera mono-attributaire et définira toutes les stipulations contractuelles.Lot 1 : soutien éditorial. La stratégie éditoriale, la production et la gestion de contenus pour le site internet, en particulier les pages du centre de connaissances URBACT (Knowledge Hub), celles sur les bonnes pratiques URBACT (URBACT Good Practices) et celles de la Boîte à outils (URBACT Toolbox) ainsi que la newsletter URBACT. Lot 2 : soutien à la communication digitale : gestion des réseaux sociaux et community management. La stratégie digitale, la production graphique pour support digital, le community management, la gestion des réseaux sociaux du programme. Lot 3 : soutien à la conception graphique. Ce lot inclut la création des visuels, des icones, des logos, et d’autres formes de communication pour les besoins du programme URBACT.
