Title: Lote 1: plan de promoción mediante conectividad aérea con Barcelona
Description: LOTE 1 PROMOCIÓN MEDIANTE CONEXIÓN CON BARCELONA i. Se deberá establecer o disponer de conexiones aéreas directas de manera regular, que serán operadas desde o hacia el aeropuerto de Pamplona (PNA) y el de Barcelona (BCN). iii. El programa de vuelos podrá ser ajustado por mutuo acuerdo entre las partes, atendiendo a las necesidades de promoción del destino, siempre que estas modificaciones no impliquen una disminución en las prestaciones publicitarias o al número mínimo de vuelos anuales establecidos. iv. Las aeronaves destinadas al servicio deberán contar con una capacidad mínima de 100 plazas por vuelo, pudiendo incrementarse según la demanda. v. La oferta horaria estará diseñada para atender viajes de punto a punto, así como en conexión, facilitando la conexión nacional y sobre todo internacional. Este factor de conectividad es uno de los puntos más relevantes del rol de este lote, que elige Barcelona por su condición de hub nacional e internacional. Se entenderá por conectividad aérea completa, nacional o internacional, el servicio que garantiza al pasajero un viaje integrado desde Pamplona hasta su destino final, conectando necesariamente a través del aeropuerto Josep Tarradellas Barcelona – Prat, con un tiempo de conexión no superior a 4 horas, cumpliendo las siguientes características: Billete único en conexión: la capacidad del pasajero de adquirir todo su itinerario en una única transacción y bajo un solo localizador o código de reserva. Facturación del equipaje a destino final. Garantía de conexión: la responsabilidad de la aerolínea de proteger al pasajero en caso de pérdida de un vuelo de conexión por retrasos o cancelaciones en el trayecto de origen. Esto implica la obligación de reubicar al pasajero en el siguiente vuelo disponible hacia su destino final, son coste adicional.

Description: i. Se deberá establecer o disponer de conexiones aéreas directas, que serán operadas desde o hacia el aeropuerto de Pamplona (PNA) y el de Sevilla (SVQ). ii. Dicha conexión deberá operar un mínimo de 34 vuelos en el último trimestre de 2026 (año inicial del contrato), un mínimo de 144 vuelos en 2027 y un mínimo de 144 en 2028. Para el conjunto del periodo contractual, el mínimo exigido es de 322 vuelos. iii. El programa de vuelos podrá ser ajustado por mutuo acuerdo entre las partes, atendiendo a las necesidades de promoción del destino, siempre que estas modificaciones no impliquen una disminución en las prestaciones publicitarias o al número mínimo de vuelos anuales establecido. iv.
