Title: Huur kerstverlichting (Incl. leveren, monteren, demonteren, stockeren, onderhouden en directe herstelling tijdens de gebruiksperiode)
Description: Vermits de stad Lokeren niet zelf over kerstverlichting beschikt, wordt de kerstverlichting uitbesteed als vervolg op de vorige gunning, met de bedoeling om over een nieuwe periode van drie jaar de kerstverlichting te huren. Met de verhuurder van de materialen wordt een overeenkomst afgesloten voor 3 jaar (kerstperiode 2026, kerstperiode 2027 en kerstperiode 2028). Een dergelijke huurovereenkomst houdt in dat de leverancier de kerstverlichting zelf ophangt, afbreekt, stockeert en onderhoudt. Hij staat ook in voor directe interventie bij storing of uitval tijdens de gebruiksperiode. Het gebruik van hoogtewerkers of ander aangepast materieel dient in de aangeboden prijs inbegrepen te zijn. Het aansluiten van de kerstverlichting op het elektriciteitsnet d.m.v. schakelklokken dient eveneens in de prijs te zijn inbegrepen. De inschrijver op dit bestek zorgt ook voor de nodige verlengkabels teneinde de verlichting aan te sluiten op het dichtstbij gelegen aansluitpunt van de stad Lokeren. De elektrische keuringen zijn ten laste van de inschrijver op dit bestek. Het opdrachtgevend bestuur behoudt zich het recht voor, in functie van het beschikbare budget, niet alle percelen toe te wijzen. De percelen die zullen besteld worden, zullen allen aan één en dezelfde inschrijver gegund worden. De inschrijver op dit bestek moet zelf een gedetailleerde inventaris (meetstaat) opmaken per perceel. Voor elk item in het perceel wordt een prijs opgegeven. Afhankelijk van het totale budget behoudt het bestuur zich ook het recht om in de opgegeven inventaris (meetstaat) posten te schrappen en dit zonder recht op schadevergoedingen. Het maximumbudget per kerstperiode bedraagt € 100.000,00 (incl. 21% btw).
