Description: L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Les prestations seront exécutées principalement dans la zone géographique de Franche-Comté. Lot 1 : Transports de corps Prestation 1 : - Transport de corps avant mise en bière depuis le site du Mittan, les Magnolias de Pont de Roide et depuis le site P. ENGEL de Bavilliers vers la chambre mortuaire de Trévenans. - Prise en charge des patients décédés en l'absence de famille (ou dont la famille ne souhaite pas procéder aux obsèques) et ne relevant pas du statut d'indigent (transport du corps, inhumation, formalités administratives découlant du décès et lien avec le notaire chargé de la succession) Prestation 2 : - Transport des enfants décédés dont les parents ne peuvent ou ne souhaitent pas procéder aux obsèques (enfants nés sans vie, ou nés vivants puis décédés, de plus ou moins de 22 semaines et de plus ou moins de 500 grammes). Prestation 3 : - Fourniture de boite de crémation, transport et crémation de pièces anatomiques depuis le site de l'HNFC vers le crématorium d'Héricourt. Prestation 4 : - Transports en cas d'autopsie à visée diagnostique. Lot 2 : Transports de biens - Transports urgents de produits sanguins, de prélèvements d'organes et autres transports de matières. Les prestations seront exécutées principalement dans la zone géographique de Franche-Comté
