Description: De Aanbestedende Overheid is heden op zoek naar (een Consortium van) consultants, op juridisch, financieel en technisch vlak evenals op vlak van projectmanagement (+ redactie), die haar kunnen begeleiden bij de plaatsing van de opvolgende opdracht en die ook na de aanstelling van de opvolgers van Satellic NV verder bijstand kunnen bieden onder de vorm van dienstverlening op het vlak van (onder andere) advisering in de vakdomeinen tolheffing, fiscaliteit, wegfiscaliteit, publiek recht, EU-regelgeving, eventuele klachten van gebruikers tegen de kilometerheffing, ontwikkeling van nieuwe wetgeving en ondersteuning in de adviesrol van Viapass naar de betrokken overheden toe. Benadrukt wordt dat de Opdrachtnemer (alle leden van het Consortium) perfect tweetalig moet zijn (Frans en Nederlands, zowel actief als passief). Alle documenten die de Opdrachtnemer in het kader van de Raamovereenkomst dient aan te leveren, dienen door hem zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans te worden voorgelegd.
