Additional information: Clauza suspensiva: Incheierea contractului de achizitie publica este conditionata de obtinerea / aprobarea finantarii lucrarilor din fonduri nerambursabile PNRR, semnarea contractului fiind posibila doar in situatia in care se respecta dispozitiile referitoare la angajarea cheltuielilor din bugetele care intra sub incidenta legislatiei privind finantele publice. In cazul in care, indiferent de motive, obtinerea / aprobarea finantarii lucrarilor din fonduri nerambursabile PNRR nu se realizeaza, Autoritatea contractanta va aplica prevederile art 212 alin (1) litera c) teza a II-a din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, fiind imposibila incheierea contrcatului de achizitie publica. Autoritatea contractanta estimeaza ca va obtine finantarea necesara semnarii angajamentului legal, respectiv contractului, cel tarziu in al doilea semestru al anului 2024. Astfel, perioada de valabilitate a instrumentului de garantare pentru participarea la procedura de atribuire va fi raportata la intreaga perioada de valabilitate a ofertei care va cuprinde si termenul maximal de obtinere a finantarii, asumat de Autoritatea contractanta prin prezenta.
