DescriptionThe subject of this framework contract is the supply delivery and other tasks specifically required by the contract of a wide range of IT equipment and software to support the operations of the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) in Ukraine. The procurement is divided into three (3) lots: Lot 1: Supply of IT Equipment and Standard Software — includes the supply of laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, peripherals, and essential productivity software. Lot 2: Supply of Specialized Software — focuses on the provision of specialized software licenses for data analysis, forensic investigations, and professional graphic or GIS applications. Lot 3: Supply of Specialized IT Equipment — covers advanced hardware solutions, including video conferencing systems, network infrastructure (switches, servers), and specialized devices such as trail cameras and professional action cameras.

The password for the ZIP files of the technical and financial offer must be sent to the contracting authority after the final date and time of submission of the tenders. Functional mailboxes have in general a size limit of 30MB for a single message including its attachments. In case of large tender documents, the tenderer is permitted to submit them through file sharing platforms like Dropbox, SharePoint, or equivalent. However, the organisation and methodology/technical offer, the tender submission form including the declaration(s) and the financial offer must be submitted via e-mail, following the above mentioned instructions. Tenderers must ensure that their submitted tenders contain all the information and documents required by the contracting authority at the time of submission as set out in the procurement documents.
