Title: SYSTEME D'ACQUISITION DYNAMIQUE CONCERNANT L'ACHAT OU LA LOCATION DE VEHICULES DE MOINS DE 3T5
Description: Le présent système d'acquisition dynamique (SAD) a pour objet l'acquisition et / ou la location de véhicules neufs et / ou d'occasion. En fonction des besoins des services, ces véhicules pourront être aménagés pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des services utilisateurs de Rives et Eaux du Sud-Ouest. Pour répondre à ce besoin, l'acheteur souhaite contractualiser avec les opérateurs économiques concessionnaires automobiles et aménageurs de véhicules par le biais d'une consultation sous forme Système d'Acquisition Dynamique. La SAD est une technique d'achat qui permet à l'acheteur de constituer dans un premier temps un vivier de fournisseurs. Lors de la survenance du besoin, l'acheteur peut alors consulter l'ensemble de ces fournisseurs et conclure un marché avec celui qui propose l'offre économiquement la plus avantageuse. Les entreprises ayant déposé une candidature dans le cadre du présent SAD et qui auront été agrées par l'acheteur pourront, jusqu'au 20 juillet 2030 être sollicités pour déposer une offre. Ces consultations déboucheront sur la passation de " marchés spécifiques ". Les véhicules faisant l'objet de marchés spécifiques futurs et seront à livrer sur l'ensemble du territoire de Rives et Eaux du Sud-Ouest selon les modalités définies dans les documents de consultation du marché spécifique concerné. Pour information et sans que cela ne constitue une information contractuelle à ce stade de la procédure, la majorité des livraisons auront lieu sur le site de Tarbes, mais il est possible d'avoir des livraisons en Agence ou directement chez le Titulaire de la catégorie " Aménagement intérieur de véhicules ". Ils pourront également, au choix de l'acheteur, être réceptionnés directement chez le titulaire du marché spécifique.
