Additional information: In het kader van deze opdracht maakt Infrabel gebruik van e-Procurement voor alle fases van de plaatsingsprocedure. De uitvoeringstermijn bedraagt maximum 2 jaar en kan mogelijk twee keer verlengd worden voor een periode van telkens maximum 1 jaar. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst zal altijd het totaalbedrag van de 1e gerangschikte offerte bij de gunning zijn. Onder voorbehoud van de toepassing van de herzieningsclausules waarin het bestek voorziet, zal de raamovereenkomst eindigen zodra de geplaatste deelopdrachten het genoemde totaalbedrag hebben bereikt. Een Uniform Europees Aanbestedingsdocument is verplicht. Bij het deel IV betreffende het voldoen van de ondernemer aan de selectiecriteria is het voldoende om in dit deel enkel de sectie 'Algemene aanwijzing voor alle selectiecriteria' in te vullen met ja of neen. De inschrijver moet in dit deel vermelden of hij voldoet aan de selectiecriteria voor deze opdracht (zie Selectieleidraad in bijlage). Een voorafgaandelijk begeleid plaatsbezoek is verplicht. De opdrachtdocumenten (bestek en bijlagen) zijn gratis te downloaden op: https://www.publicprocurement.be. Door in te schrijven op de huidige opdracht, erkennen de inschrijvers dat zij kennis hebben genomen van de gedragscode voor de leveranciers en aannemers van lnfrabel en verbinden zij zich ertoe om de bepalingen ervan na te leven.
