Title: Inhuur extern personeel tot en met functieschaal 8
Description: - In deze aanbestedingsprocedure gaat het om de inhuur van extern tijdelijk personeel binnen het fysieke en sociale domein, alsmede in de bedrijfsvoering en staffuncties, op LBO en MBO(+) werk- en denkniveau. De inhuur van ZZP’ers, payrolldienstverlening en professionals op HBO en WO niveau vallen buiten de scope. De aanbestedende dienst maakt gedurende het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden regelmatig gebruik van de inzet van personeel van externe partijen. Deze behoefte is erg divers en de verschillende (inhuur) uitvragen lopen dan ook erg uiteen. De gemeenten zijn voor de invulling van deze opdracht op zoek naar een partij die het verschil kan maken vanuit expertise, dienstverlening en partnership, waarbij kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staat. Door middel van deze aanbesteding wenst de aanbestedende dienst de dienstverlening voor de inhuur van derden tot en met schaal 8 via een raamovereenkomst met één (1) partij te contracteren.
