Naveden sistem zagotavlja 99,8 % mesečno razpoložljivost, varnost in zanesljivost sta skladna s serijo veljavnih standardov. Po podatkih tehnično strokovne službe naročnika v Sloveniji ni drugih ponudnikov sistema za prenos alarmnih sporočil s tunelsko tehnologijo. Pravna podlaga je 5. točka prvega odstavka 22. člena ZJNPOV.
