Additional information: De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst over de gehele looptijd bedraagt 1.200.000 euro excl. btw. Deze maximale waarde kan worden beïnvloed bij bv. een uitbreiding van het personeelsbestand door inkanteling van één of meerdere sites. De aanbestedende overheid wijst de inschrijver erop dat bij de bepaling van de vermelde maximale waarde niet is uitgegaan van de vermoedelijke hoeveelheden die in de inventaris (bijlage B) zijn opgenomen en deze maximale waarde bijgevolg geen indicatie vormt voor het offertebedrag waarmee kan worden ingeschreven. Het betreft daarentegen de maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst, vastgesteld op basis van de maximaal te bestellen hoeveelheden over alle opdrachten die binnen de raamovereenkomst kunnen worden geplaatst. Om de omvang van de opdracht te kunnen controleren, zullen de uitgaven binnen de raamovereenkomst worden gemonitord op basis van de kwartaalrapporten (zie punt III.8.4). De aanbesteder behoudt zich het recht voor om de overeenkomst stop te zetten, indien uit de monitoring blijkt dat de vooropgestelde maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst dreigt te worden overschreden.
