Description: UWV zoekt een Opdrachtnemer die een Intermediaire Dienstverlening en Contractbeheer uitvoert. Met een Intermediaire dienstverlening en Contractbeheer wordt bedoeld dat Opdrachtnemer, op basis van Aanvragen van UWV zoekt naar de meest geschikte en beschikbare IV professionals/Teams in de markt met de beste prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, binnen de door UWV meegestuurde bandbreedte met betrekking tot de Inhuurtarieven. Na een selectie door Opdrachtnemer, biedt Opdrachtnemer de meest geschikte en beschikbare IV professionals /Teams in de markt met de beste prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, binnen de bandbreedte, aan UWV aan. Opdrachtnemer zorgt voor een volledige en doelmatige marktontsluiting waardoor het mogelijk wordt om de benodigde Gedetacheerden van organisaties en/of Zzp’ers in te zetten bij UWV. Nadat UWV een IV professional/Team heeft geselecteerd, sluit UWV met Opdrachtnemer een Nadere overeenkomst af voor de inhuur van de IV professionals en verzorgt Opdrachtnemer het Contractbeheer. De geschatte waarde van de Opdracht is € 480.000.000, exclusief btw voor de duur van de Raamovereenkomst van vier (4) jaar, dit is inclusief eventuele verlengingsmogelijkheden. Het is mogelijk dat de (omvang van de) Opdracht wijzigt vanwege politieke, budgettaire, bestuurlijke of organisatorische ontwikkelingen binnen UWV. De maximale geraamde waarde van de Opdracht is daarom gesteld op € 720.000.000, exclusief btw.
