De werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - het-maken van het uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp voor bouw, installaties en terreininrichting; - het circulair slopen van de bestaande basisschool De Vuurvogel en bouwrijp maken van de locatie voor de nieuwbouw van het kindcentrum; - het realiseren van de nieuwbouw voor het kindcentrum Zijdelwaard, zowel bouwkundig, installatietechnisch als ook de terreininrichting.
