Achiziţia este concepută pentru un proiect de lucrări complexe ce cuprinde atât execuţie de lucrări, livrare de echipamente, cât şi servicii: proiectare, probe, teste si verificari inclusiv PIF, etc.
Astfel, in cadrul lucrarii „Marirea capacitatii de transport LEA 220 kV Stejaru – Gheorgheni - Fantanele”, sunt necesar a fi executate în mod unitar:
(1) lucrări cu privire la: inlocuirea conductoarelor existente LEA 220 kV, cu conductoare de capacitate marita; inlocuirea conductoarelor din Statia Gheorgheni pentu celulele de 220 kV, Stejaru si Gheorgheni
(2) servicii conexe: proiectare, probe, teste si verificari inclusiv PIF, etc.
(3) furnizare echipamente
Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in doua etape, astfel:
- in a 17-a zi calendaristica de la publicarea anuntului de participare si
- in a 11-a zi clalendaristica inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limita stabilit, conform art. 29 alin (3) din HG 394/2016.

Quality criterion - Name: Perioada de garanție minimă a lucrării este de 60 luni (5 ani). Ofertele ce includ o garanție mai mica de 60 de luni, vor fi declarate neconforme și vor fi respinse. Perioada de garanție maximă realistă a lucrării este de 120 luni (10 ani). Ofertele ce includ o garanție mai mare de 120 de luni, nu vor fi punctate suplimentar. Punctajul pentru factorul de evaluare “Perioada de garanție a lucrării” se acordă astfel: a) pentru cea mai mare perioada de garanție a lucrării ofertată, se acordă punctajul maxim alocat factorului de evaluare respectiv; b) pentru o perioada de garanție a lucrării ofertată mai mică decât cea prevăzută la lit.a), se acordă punctaj astfel: Gn = (garanție n ofertant / garanția maximă) x punctaj maxim alocat. În cazul în care vor exista oferte cu o garanție acordată mai mare de 120 de luni, calculul se va realiza prin luarea în considerare a 120 de luni, garanția maximă punctată. / Weighting: 10
