Description: Hankintayksikkö perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) Kunnallisteknisen suunnittelun asiantuntijapalveluiden hankintaa varten. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän voimassaolon aikana kaikki hankinnasta kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat tai niiden muodostamat ryhmittymät voivat jättää osallistumishakemuksen järjestelmään. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttyjen toimittajien kesken kilpailutetaan toimeksiantoja DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla järjestelmän voimassaoloaikana. DPS:n hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen 10.8.2026 ja päättyy DPS: n voimassaoloajan päättyessä. Ensimmäinen osallistumishakemusten käsittely aloitetaan aikaisintaan 10.8.2026 ja ensimmäiset sisäiset kilpailutukset voidaan julkaista aikaisintaan 1.9.2026. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteen tarkempi kuvaus on esitetty osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 1 Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde ja osa-alueet. DYNAAMISEN HANKINTAJÄRJESTELMÄN LAAJUUS Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kaikkien osa-alueiden ennakoitu yhteenlaskettu arvonlisäveroton kokonaisarvo on enintään 7 500 000 euroa. HUOM! Tämä hankintailmoitus korvaa samalla otsikolla 22.5.2026 Hilmassa ja TED-tietokannassa julkaistun hankintailmoituksen. Hankintayksikkö pyytää myös niitä toimittajia, jotka ovat jättäneet osallistumishakemuksen aiemman ilmoituksen perusteella, jättämään osallistumishakemuksen uudelleen tämän hankintailmoituksen perusteella. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyminen ei velvoita ehdokasta osallistumaan DPS:n sisäisiin kilpailutuksiin. Ehdokas voi valita, mihin järjestelmän sisällä järjestettäviin kilpailutuksiin se osallistuu. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (DPS) voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan joko yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen kerrallaan.
