Description of selection criterion: Een verklaring betreffende de totale omzet en de omzet van de bedrijfsactiviteit die het voorwerp van de opdracht is, over de laatste drie beschikbare boekjaren, afhankelijk van de oprichtingsdatum of van de datum waarop de ondernemer met zijn bedrijvigheid is begonnen, voor zover de betrokken omzetcijfers beschikbaar zijn. Minimumeisen: De gemiddelde totale jaaromzet (die het voorwerp is van de opdracht) van de onderneming over de laatste drie boekjaren bedraagt 140.000 EUR

Description of selection criterion: Een lijst van de gelijkaardige leveringen/diensten die gedurende de laatste 3 jaar werden verricht met vermelding van het bedrag, de datum en van de publiek- of privaatrechtelijke instanties waarvoor zij bestemd waren. Minimumeisen: minimum 3 referenties (exclusief leveringen aan Stad en OCMW Gent) van een gelijkaardige opdracht, incl. korte omschrijving (met vermelding van de geleverde vergaderboxen), opdrachtgever, termijn en contactgegevens (naam + telefoon/mailadres). Elke referentie betreft een overeenkomst van min. 1 jaar waarbij de inschrijver min. 1 van de inventaris aangeboden items (gelijke referentie) levert.

Description of selection criterion: Een beschrijving van de maatregelen die de inschrijver treft om kwaliteit en milieu te waarborgen. Minimumeisen: De kandidaat bewijst dat hij voldoet aan de norm ISO 9001. Als bewijs kan een ISO 9001-certificaat voorgelegd worden of kan de kandidaat een gedetailleerde beschrijving van het kwaliteitsbeleid bijvoegen op basis waarvan de gelijkwaardigheid aangetoond kan worden. De kandidaat bewijst inzake milieubeleid dat hij voldoet aan de norm ISO 14001 of EMAS. Als bewijs kan een ISO 14001-certificaat en/of EMAS-certificaat voorgelegd worden of kan de kandidaat een gedetailleerde beschrijving van het milieubeleid bijvoegen op basis waarvan de gelijkwaardigheid aangetoond kan worden.

Description of selection criterion: * Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016. Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing. Voor de in artikel 67 van de wet bedoelde uitsluitingsgronden deelt de gegadigde of inschrijver op eigen initiatief mee of hij bij het begin van de procedure de in artikel 70, lid 1, bedoelde corrigerende maatregelen heeft genomen.
