Description: Voorwerp van de leveringen: Delivery of MRO items and Small Material Bpost wenst een landelijk dekkend sourcingmodel voor Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) voor onderhoud en kleine werken in gebouwen, sorteercentra, retailpunten, logistieke sites en kantoren. De raamovereenkomst omvat leveringen, afhalingen aan balie, productadvies en – voor Perceel 5 – technische interventies/herstellingen onsite. Scope-inclusies (alle percelen): • Specifieke merkproducten waar gevraagd • Standaardartikelen, OEM-equivalenten en gelijkwaardige producten (merkneutraal; of gelijkwaardig). • Advies over productkeuze, vervangbaarheid en voorraad-optimalisatie. • E-catalogus met contractprijzen, prijslijsten/discountschema’s, artikeldatasheets en SDS (waar relevant). • KPI rapportering en continuous improvement (voorraadbeschikbaarheid, OTIF (One Time, In Full), fill rate, retouren, …). De opdracht is opgedeeld in de volgende percelen: Perceel 1: Levering elektrische materialen & huishoudtoestellen Perceel 2: Levering sanitaire & loodgieter-materialen Perceel 3: Aankoop en levering bouw- & onderhoudsartikelen, electro en sanitair via winkelverkoop Perceel 4: Levering deurbeslag & sluitwerk Perceel 5: Technische herstellingen van sluitwerk (slotenmaker dienst) Bpost heeft het recht om slechts enkele percelen te gunnen en eventueel te besluiten om de andere percelen op te nemen in één of meer nieuwe opdrachten die desnoods op een andere wijze zullen geplaatst worden. De kandidaat mag een aanvraag tot deelneming indienen voor een, meerdere of alle percelen. Plaats waar de opdracht zal worden uitgevoerd: Landelijk in België Duurtijd van de opdracht: De opdracht kent een looptijd van 4 jaar die 2 keer met een looptijd van 2 jaar verlengbaar is. Ieder verlenging zal stilzwijgend plaatsvinden. De opdracht betreft een bilaterale raamovereenkomst (i.e. een raamovereenkomst waarbij Bpost de opdracht zal sluiten met één opdrachtnemer per perceel)
