DescriptionEl Objeto del presente contrato es el suministro, instalación, puesta en funcionamiento, mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y técnico legal durante el periodo de garantía y formación de diversos equipos necesarios para garantizar el procesamiento de las Sustancias de Origen Humano gestionadas por el Centro de Transfusión de la Comunitat Valenciana, de conformidad con el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas aprobado el 5 de mayo de 2026 y con el Pliego Tipo aprobado el 11 de junio de 2025. Las prestaciones accesorias de instalación, montaje, puesta en marcha y formación del personal tendrán la consideración de prestaciones complementarias necesarias para la correcta ejecución del suministro, sin alterar la naturaleza principal del contrato,
