Information about review deadlines: El plazo para interponer el recurso especial a que se refiere artículo 50 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (en adelante LCSP), será de quince días hábiles y su cómputo se realizará en función del tipo de acto objeto del curso. No obstante, el plazo para interponer el recurso especial contra la adjudicación será de diez días naturales a computar en la forma prevista en la letra d) del artículo 50 aparado 1 de la LCSP, cuando los contratos se vayan a financiar con fondos europeos procedentes del Instrumento Europeo de Recuperación, Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional, Fondo Social Europeo Plus, Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural y Fondo Europeo Marítimo y de Pesca conforme al artículo 58 del Real Decreto-ley 36/2020, de 30 de diciembre, por el que se aprueban medidas urgentes para la modernización de la Administración Pública y para la ejecución del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.
