Additional information: Auf das Erfordernis einer behördlichen Entscheidung für die Zulässigkeit der Ausübung einer Tätigkeit in Österreich sowie auf die Verpflichtung gemäß § 21 Abs 1 BVergG 2018 wird hingewiesen.Der Wärmeliefervertrag wird mit der NÖ Landesgesundheitsagentur als Auftraggeber für den laufenden Betrieb der Wärmeversorgung des zu versorgenden Objekts abgeschlossen.Das Land Niederösterreich, vertreten durch das Amt der NÖ Landesregierung, Abteilung Gesundheitsstrategie (GS3), tritt im gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahren als Auftraggeber für den Anschluss des zu versorgenden Objekts an die vom Auftragnehmer bereitzustellende Nah-Wärmeerzeugende Einrichtung oder Fernwärmeleitung auf. Die Vergabe erfolgt im Rahmen eines einheitlichen Vergabeverfahrens; die Abwicklung des Vergabeverfahrens erfolgt für beide Auftraggeber zentral durch die vergebende Stelle.
