Information about review deadlines: 1) Gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 GWB müssen erkannte Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden. 2) Gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 GWB müssen Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aus diesem Bekanntmachungstext erkennbar sind, innerhalb der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Angebots- bzw. Bewerbungsfrist gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden. 3) Gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 3 GWB müssen Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aus erst in den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, innerhalb der Angebots- bzw. Bewerbungsfrist gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden. 4) Hilft der Auftraggeber der Rüge nicht ab, kann ein Antrag auf Nachprüfung bei der Vergabekammer des Landes Baden-Württemberg unter der o.g. Anschrift innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen nach Eingang der Mitteilung des AG, der Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, gestellt werden. Der Nachprüfungsantrag ist unzulässig, soweit die Voraussetzungen des § 160 Abs. 3 GWB vorliegen. 5) Der Auftraggeber weist zugleich auf die Vorschriften der §§ 134, 135 GWB hin. Insbesondere sind die Fristenregelungen in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB zur Geltendmachung der in § 134 Abs. 1 GWB genannten Verstöße zu beachten.
