Title: Contrato de suministro en régimen de arrendamiento de alumbrado festivo 2026-2027
Description: El objeto del contrato es el llevar a cabo la contratación de DEL “SUMINISTRO EN RÉGIMEN DE ARRENDAMIENTO DE ALUMBRADO FESTIVO 2026-2027”, debiendo prestarse con estricta sujeción a las condiciones y requisitos expresados en el presente Pliego y, de conformidad con las prescripciones técnicas particulares contenidas en el PPT. Se opta por el arrendamiento de los elementos ornamentales en lugar de su adquisición en propiedad, puesto que estos elementos van cambiando en función de los nuevos diseños o nuevas tecnologías en sistemas de alumbrado que puedan ir apareciendo en el mercado. Debemos señalar que Endesa Ingeniería S.L., empresa encargada de la gestión del servicio público de alumbrado municipal, tiene en vigor un contrato con este Ayuntamiento que incluye alumbrado especial para las fiestas de Navidad. Sin embargo, el mismo no cubre la totalidad del alumbrado que habría que instalar en todo el municipio, por lo que se hace necesaria la contratación de este material. No incurriéndose en duplicidad en cuanto al objeto contractual. Quedan fuera de la presente contratación los trabajos de instalación y posterior desmontaje de los elementos del alumbrado a suministrar, que se realizarán por la empresa pública municipal REALSERV, como medio propio del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Los Realejos.
