Raamlepingu kehtivus on seotud elektrilise põhiauto tarneaja ja põhiautole pakutava garantiiajaga. Maksimaalne hankija lubatav tarneaeg on 18 kalendrikuud hankelepingu sõlmimisest ning minimaalne nõutav põhiauto garantiiaeg on 24 kuud sõiduki üleandmisest. Kui pakkuja otsustab pakkuda pikemat garantiiaega, siis võib raamlepingu kehtivus sellest tulenevalt olla pikem kui 48 kuud.
